l can dunk the ball VERY easy, but when i'm in a game, it always goes out, what am l doing wrong?

Your a little nervous l think.

Try dunking when u get on a fast break because none of the players r following u & u can just gentle dunk it.

Also it could be because u dunk way to hard. Sometimes when u dunk hard it comes out because u dunk it so fast & hard u may not even place the ball in the right spot & it could also hit the rim.

Try doing warm ups by gently dunking it & not to fast & hard.
