l think at first he will probably get around 17 minutes then when he adjusts to the triangle offense he will get more minutes, because he is new to the triangle offense.
BQ:How do you think Ron Artest will fit in with the triangle offense?

This is assuming Jackson will be back as coach. He will have his troubles. Everyone does. But he will adapt, that is why he is a pro.

20-25 mins or even less first couple of games but he will get the triangle offense

BQ:he will fit in perfectly.he is a scottie pippen like player so that will be easy for PJ to figure out wat he wants to do with him

First of all, the Lakers r not gonna pay Ron Artest that money for him to come off the bench & work his way into the lineup. It will take him time but he is smart & will figure it out. The Lakers actually do not run as of the Triangle Offense as they used to. Ron has this summer, training camp & the preseason to get a good idea of what the offense is so l think he will be fine by the time November rolls around.

BQ: He will do great & will thrive in the Triangle. He is like Rasheed Wallace or Dennis Rodman in the sense that he is a very underrated passer. You might not know it by looking at his apg (3.2 for his career) but u will see how good he is next year. Despite what some people think about him, he is a very intelligent basketball player with great fundamentals. l am very happy that we have the Tru Warrior on our team!!!

Since Artest essentially replaces Ariza, Artest will get just about the same minutes Ariza did.
